A creative workshop to foster connection, realistic hope and meaningful action
for your health and the health of our planet
The Meeting Place, 245 South Terrace, South Fremantle
Sunday 10 March, 1 – 4pm
Eco-distress is an appropriate response to the environmental crisis we see unfolding. But how do we deal with our feelings of grief, anger and fear? This reflective workshop will help you address concerns through creativity, connection to nature and mindful self-compassion. Previous participants describe finding hope, collaboration, inspiration and commitment. Bring a notebook, pen, and weather-appropriate gear.
